Ministry centers under the aegis of Freedom Outreach International (FOI) near military installations worldwide are committed to connecting military members, their dependents with a local family of faith. Led by volunteer teams of missionaries, active-duty military, veterans or host country nationals, they resemble part local church and part ‘Christian USO’. The Center’s focus and continuing programs offered are of great value to soldiers and their families.

Though ministry centers may vary in schedules, programs, etc, at various locations, all are driven by the same basic theological commitments guided by FOI’s Mission, Vision, and Values. Worship offered in the Pentecostal tradition, leadership training, a family style atmosphere and outreach opportunities are all characteristics of a local ministry center.
