Dr. G. Dennis McGuire is currently serving as the International Director of Military and Multi-Cultural Ministries.  From 2004-2008 he served as the General Overseer of the Church of God.  His ministerial background includes a wide variety of pastoral and administrative roles in the Church of God, starting with his first pastorate in Cherry Hill, South Carolina. He pastored a total of 16 years until he was appointed to serve as state overseer of Indiana in 1984. He went on to be the state overseer of Texas (1986-88), Western North Carolina (1988-90) and most recently Tennessee for two years before being elected general overseer. From 1994-2002 he served on the Executive Committee as second assistant and first assistant general overseer. In addition, he was also elected assistant director of evangelism and home missions where he served from 1990-92. He is a graduate of Lee University and the Assembly of God Theological Seminary.  Dr. McGuire is married to DeRosa, his wife of 42 years.  They have two children, Mark McGuire, Michelle Maggard, and five grandchildren.

Reverend T. Dwight Spivey is the Administrative Bishop for the Churches of God in Eastern North Carolina.  Bishop Spivey has ministered in camp meetings, youth camps, conventions, crusades and taught leadership seminars and conferences throughout the U.S. , Canada and Europe.

Beginning his full-time ministry in 1972, he has served as evangelist, youth minister, senior pastor, district youth director, and district bishop as well as being appointed to regional and international boards and committees.  Bishop Spivey pastored for 20 years in Delaware and Maryland. For the past 14 years, he has served the Church of God in various state and international leadership positions.

Prior to his appointment to Eastern North Carolina, Reverend Spivey was the Administrative Bishop for the Hawaiian Islands and New York State.

Bishop Spivey attended Brunswick College, University of Georgia and Lee University.  He is currently completing his Masters in Church Administration through the Church of God Theological Seminary in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Dwight is married to Gail and they have three children.  Jim, is married to Ondria and they are on staff at the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home in Sevierville, Tennessee. Their daughter, Heather, lives in Brunswick , Georgia with her husband Barry and their precious grandchildren, Hannah and Noah. Shawn, their youngest son, resides in Cleveland, Tennessee.


Chaplain Gerald W. Felder -

Commander Gerald Felder | LeadershipChaplain Gerald W. Felder was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. Chaplain Felder enlisted in the United States Army in 1971 and completed boot camp at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. He was a communications specialist while serving in the Army. He attended Lee College in Cleveland, Tennessee where he received his undergraduate degree in Sociology. While attending Lee College, he worked with the Evangelism Director of the Southeastern states in starting several Church of God Churches. The Church of God ordained him Bishop in 1978. He entered the Church of God School of Theology in Cleveland, Tennessee. After graduating with his Master's of Divinity Degree, he took a position as an alcohol and drug counselor for the Hiwasee Mental Health Center overseeing four counties. He was commissioned LTjg in 1988. and served as the Battalion Chaplain for 1 st Battalion, 8th Marines, and 2nd Light Armored Infantry Battalion, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. During his time at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Chaplain Felder deployed to Desert Shield and Desert Storm. From 1991 to 1994 he served as one of six Chaplains at Recruit Training Command and started the Gospel service at Bluejacket Chapel. Command experience includes the USS GETTYSBURG (CG 64). The USS GETTYSBURG was the U. S. ship to go to South Africa since the Apartheid. In addition, the USS GETTYSBURG rescued the victims from the Achillie Laurie. Chaplain Felder served as the Senior Protestant Chaplain at the Mayport Chapel. In addition, he served as the HSL 42 and 46 Squadron Chaplain, plus he served as the Seebee Chaplain. Chaplain Felder served as the Command Chaplain at the Coast Guard Base Borinquen located in Puerto Rico. Chaplain Felder served a~2nd FSSG with the Maintenance and Transportation Battalions. Chaplain Felder is also serving as the Region CENTRAL Chaplain overseeing 7 districts covering 18 states. Presently, CDR Felder is serving as the Command Chaplain at (TC) Training Support Center at Great Lakes, Naval Base.

Bishop Paul B. Keeter, Jr. is the Senior Pastor of the Rivers of Living Water Church of God in Fayetteville, NC at which he has served for the past 18 years.  He currently serves as District Overseer, a member of the State Evangelism Board, State CIMS Administrator and Chancellor of the Beacon University School of Theology Rivers Campus. Paul has earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, Bachelor of Science from East Coast Bible College, and a Doctorate Degree in Theology from Beacon University in Columbus, Georgia.

Reverend William R. Kilby is an ordained minister and is presently serving as senior pastor of the Silver Spring Church of God in Silver Spring, Maryland.  He also serves on the Delmarva DC State Council, Regional Ministerial Examining Board and is the president of the Metropolitan Regional Fellowship.

Reverend Kilby is a retired military person and an outstanding preacher of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.  He and his wife, Reverend Rose Kilby, have three children, Michael, Cynthia and Lisa and three grandchildren, Chanise, Crag, Jr (CJ) and Joshua.  He is a graduate of Cameron University in Oklahoma with a major in Sociology.  He did his Theological training in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Rob Maggard is currently serving as the State Youth and Christian Education director for the state of Arkansas. Rob earned His Bachelors degree from Lee University in 1997. He met and married His wife Michelle at Lee as well. They have two daughters and one son. Rob has served in many ministry positions including minister of music, youth pastor and associate pastor as well as in many positions within the Church of God including District Overseer, State Music Committee, State Youth Board and Ministerial Development board and is currently serving on the International Ministry to the Military board. Before accepting the position of State YCE director Rob served as Senior Pastor in various locations including Albrecht Avenue Church of God in Akron, Ohio, Fairfield Church of God in Fairfield, Ohio, and most recently at Village Church of God in WInter Haven, Florida. Rob has worked extensively with the fire & rescue service and Police, serving as Chaplain of the Fairfield fire and police department in Fairfield, Ohio for three and a half years and as Chaplain of the Polk County Fire and Rescue service in Polk County, Florida for one year. Both Rob & Michelle's families have a rich heritage in the Church of God.
